Best Use LEDs

Fast delivery and good quality. I haven't installed them on my boat yet, but I don't expect any problems. Let's look at durability after installation. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to add some silicone to the back before I mount it.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Requires socket

It looks like a good replacement for flashlights.

Latest NAV LED lights After 2 years I got flooded. I just installed them so I don't know how long they will last. They seem light but of good quality and very bright. At the moment I'm giving them 5 stars but I can't rate their durability.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Nice navigation lights

I had to buy a new set for my pontoon because my dock cables destroyed my original ones in the dock in bad weather. They're pretty flimsy plastic, they look nice, and they're definitely a lot brighter than my old ones. They have a low profile and should be more resistant to the lines rubbing against them.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Two year old lamp no longer works

Unfortunately the STBD lamp is out of service, yes it is two years old, this is considered durable, less than 30 minutes of actual time. The manufacturer said that unfortunately they can only give me a discount on an item that doesn't work. Don't do what is said, hope you don't make the same mistake, basically the LED bar just lights up, so it's definitely a faulty product and not the owner's fault

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Some flaws

blown away! Best in Rowing

I'm so impressed! I think these navigation lights are the best I have ever bought. After installing it on my pontoon boat the same day, I went night fishing and DNR contacted me and the first thing he said was "where did you get these navigation lights, I want them?" he said he could do them see from a mile away and he said he wasn't joking and wished everyone had these lights on their ships. They are so bright I don't even use my docking lights to dock. These lights are truly amazing and I…

Very good value for money

Quite happy with it so far. hope they hold up. I took off a star because of the instructions. They are wrong on almost every point except a reminder of which side the light is on. Hole/stand for wiring is approximately 1/4 inch. When creating this hole, I used a drill that is one size larger. The other mounting screw hole is approximately 1.85 inches from the pin/wiring hole, center to center. I believe the machine screw size was for #8, but I simply measured the small thread diameter of the…

  • Easy to use

Small bright headlights

These new LED headlights are smaller than the old bulbs they replaced. However, I think they are lighter. The attachment was slightly different as the old attachments used 2 sheet metal screws and a 1 sheet metal screw and 1 fixing tab attachment. They should hold up well as they are not subject to any tension or stress. I just need to fill in some old screw holes as the distance between the mounting screw and the orientation tab is less on these LED lights. For my application, however, this is

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Nice little lights, no rocket science, easy to install.

Pretty nice lights, very bright and easy to install. They are plastic with a good seal to fit the mounting surface. You don't need instructions. That's it: you need to drill 2 holes. 1 small one for the screw that goes through the colored lens, through the plastic case and into the mounting surface. The supplied screws are unnecessary and will break if you are careless. The second hole is for the wires and the plastic tab helps keep the light from spinning. It's pretty easy if you have a basic…

Pros
  • Quality finish
Cons
  • A few small things

No mounting holes or hardware. Light mounting requires drilling

There were no mounting holes on the back. They need to be taken apart to drill holes to match the existing holes on my boat. I saw that right out of the box. The small threaded insert on the back and where the wires run need their own holes, in part because they stick out about a quarter of an inch. This is not a problem for mechanics. If you want an easy replacement, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. UPDATE: The green light went out when I first put the boat on the water. Worked for about

Pros
  • High score for grip and durability by testers
