Wrong piece for my order but I usually like these pens.

I love these pens, this is my second pair but one of the pens in this order is defective. One of the rings that snaps onto the grip prior to attaching it to the handlebars does not engage properly and the grip is not as stable on the handlebars. I hope to be able to replace one of the handles.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Doubtful

Five Stars: Grips

Here are some great grips. I bought these to replace the unused standard ones you put on with hairspray, at least we used them when I was a kid. They fit perfectly and give the bike a slightly different look, which is really nice. They go really well with my red pedals. This is basically a van shoe sole and they are amazing at this price point.

Pros
  • Best in Their Niche
Cons
  • Good but Not Great

More durable than ODI Troy Lee

I have Troy Lee ODI retainers on 3 bikes and I have VANS on 1 bike. After almost 2000 km of driving they look like new. Although they are a little thicker, they are very comfortable for me. However, I use a glove every time I ride my bike. I ride in tropical weather so not sure how sub-zero temperatures may or may not affect it. This review is for the black handlebars, I have a new one waiting to be fitted to another bike in RED.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks.

Skaters finally got their revenge on bikers

I have these grips on my mountain bike and cruiser and they are by far the most uncomfortable grips I've had >20 pairs of locks - he's with . Traction and durability are there, and they don't slip/twist like my RaceFace Half Nelsons do in tight corners. If you love novelty, this might be for you. If you have nerve in your hands, look for a smoother grip. Note: I want a refund. Thank you!

Pros
  • Great overall specs
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Classic design with a stunning van look. I'm doing a first review (3 trips so far). They are soft and grippy, but still firm. Does it make sense? I've had much softer grips which I know wear out over the season. I see they will last a year or so, but this is the ideal time to make up for the soft handles. The locking feature is mandatory and ODI always gets it right. Simple, no-fuss installation, great looks, and comfortable grip for hands, with or without gloves. This is a win in my book and I

Pros
  • Testers give high marks for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not sure

and they were fantastic from the start. You deduct 2 stars.

Everything was fine. I've had them for a while (6 months at least) and they were initially amazing. They're deducting 2 stars because they're starting to break down. This is most likely inherent in this type of material, but when they dissolve they become REALLY STICKY. It's so bad my wife won't touch my bike anymore (I still love it but as soon as they go bad the stickiness is there. I'll buy another pair from Revain. Really like the clip on clips, The grips never slip which is a plus hence 5…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Excellent traction like a van sole. Easy installation. I replaced an original Schwinn grip set on a 21 year old MTB and couldn't be happier. Some are outraged by the lack of instructions. I think ODI sees it that way. If you can't figure it out, you should bring it to the store. But since not everyone has been riding a bike their whole life, I decided to write a basic installation guide. See below. How to install: Open the package, remove the contents. Included in delivery: four aluminum locks,

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not secure
