I bought it last August. It collapsed in December. It broke at the handle where it connects to the strap. I have written to the company and Revain and neither of them have replied to me regarding this. You ended up throwing it away, so you won't find anything here from Revain or the company that sells it for warranty replacements. Go with Lisle, I haven't had any of those breaks yet.

Was a 50/50 chance of buying them and I'm glad I did. Firstly it saves space in my box and secondly I spent about 10pm on it and so far so good. I actually cranked them without a single slip or tool damage. The color on it must be some kind of insanely strong New Age. I clean a lot of my tools while I work with them and so far nothing has come off. I really have nothing bad to say; The pens are very durable as is the product itself. OEM gets more business from me after this purchase.

As another reviewer said, it's pretty easy to break if you tape the handle flat when removing the filter, it's ok if you have to bend the handle to get around hard-to-reach areas Hitting filters (nearly 90% of cars these days) you're going to break it. The little inch-long piece of metal that the bottom clip fits into is its weakest link, and if it didn't have so much play, if it were made thicker or better designed, it would make a good do-it-yourself garage tool.
