Ball joint tool got the job done

This tool eliminates the need to use an etching fork to disconnect the ball joint. Although I've used a fork in the past and it does the job; I found this ball joint splitter easier than slapping a yoke to remove the ball joint.

Great tool, did not come with the advertised case.

Great tool, works like a charm, beautiful and durable, no more brine fork or pounding a crown nut required. Deducted 1 star because I expected a broken case and it only came in a box. We will be in touch with the company regarding this and hope this gets fixed or the description changed.

Great product but not big enough.

Great product but not big enough. This amazingly helped me remove the tie rod ends, but it didn't open wide enough to help me with the upper and lower ball joints. If it was a little bigger it would be perfect. Other than that, it was surprisingly easy to use and did a fantastic job. My tires came apart with no damage or dents.

I have a professional shop mostly filled with Mac, Snap-On, SK and Matco tools. This OEM Tools Ball Joint Splitter is one of my new favorite tools. Heavy-duty A+ commercial quality. It fits perfectly on the ball joints and the quality is amazing for the price! For $20 it would be foolish to buy any other brand.
