I like how easy it was from setting up my first account, through configuring screensets/reports etc - all in less than 2 weeks! The customer support team are very helpful & friendly (even when we've made mistakes) which makes you feel valued as their client rather then just another number with them at times!! I like that it's very user friendly, not too complicated, and has all the features we need. We're still working out some of the kinks but overall the program is easy to use and navigate. The customer service from Omega is excellent! They are always willing to help no matter what time or day it is. It would be helpful if they had more training materials online so we could have them train us without having to fly in someone from their headquarters. This will make it easier to get started with the
