Appears to be a good quality pen. The big problem is that it runs a bit small. I had to file to put a small cone on the switch cantilever. I haven't fully unscrewed the knob yet. The pressure required to push the button can damage something in the dash or switch.

1998 Wrangler TJ, replaced the factory grip with this one but it was quite tight. It took a lot of effort to get this grip securely onto the stem but once I put it on everything is fine! Now I can easily adjust the air speed! I would recommend this product to replace the factory button but be prepared to use a little common sense and press hard.

Lots of reviews about how small he is. After reading some reviews, some indicated that you have to wiggle it with a lot of pressure. I made a circular wiggle motion and it slid very tightly. The factory button, like this one, has some kind of bracket/clamp inside and you have to press it. Be careful not to damage the AC control panel.
