The winch works great, the radio control is pretty weak, its range is ok but it doesn't send a constant signal so the wince will fluctuate.

I bought this winch to raise and lower my 50ft Ham Radfio antenna tower. It works great and the remote control feature is one of the features that made me order.

The product is advertised as coming with a nylon cable, it was a steel cable, otherwise the winch is perfect, I replace the steel cable with a nylon rope that I originally bought for remote controls, in remote controls with nylon rope works well

Supplied as a set Remote controls didn't work, maybe once or twice. A new battery did not fix the problem. I contacted them and fixed some bugs before they sent me a new receiver and remotes. It was easy to install once you know the basics. Now it works as it should. Many Thanks

The block is good for what I need, but it randomly turns on and unwinds or tightens. I turned off the main switch and it still works. Not suitable for cables. Email sent to manufacturer but no reply. I already installed it so I installed the battery disconnect to fix the problem. Shouldn't have done this, but I guess that's what happens when you buy cheap stuff.

1 ordered and then tried to work with the seller but no response to defects! I give the product 1 star because the Chinese product was defective and not as advertised. Can't dive, remote controls don't work and poorly rated with DC A23 batteries. real garbage. I don't think they ever worked. Was more than fair to them.

I need someone to contact me for support. I couldn't find a number to call. Installation went great, no problems. Everything went well and works as it should. About a week later, the winch was officially deployed. The entire system will shut down when the load is removed from the device. I already got rid of the box to go back. I NEED help with onX support!

Used this winch a few times when I was stuck in crazy mud. He had no problem pulling my four wheeler out of my nephews side by side. The only drawback: If you unroll to the end, the cord is screwed in and pulled out with an adjusting screw. To reattach, pull the cord through the hole and tie a knot at the end of the pendant. After about 7 uses, the line broke about 7 feet from the end of the hook.

I like the winch, but the consoles are defective. They had dead batteries out of the box. I swapped out the batteries and they worked fine, but even after shutting down as instructed, the batteries died overnight. I checked the resistance at the battery terminals and it was 1.3 ohms even when it was off. The winch itself impressed me, but the manual is a joke with almost no useful information.
