Good wipes for the eyes!

They are doing a really good job cleaning the eyes of my pup who is on eye meds every morning and night. They are soft and durable.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Travel Friendly: Cats

Our Schnauzer has dry eyes (no tears at all) and I bought these to soften and remove the dirt that builds up overnight. They work, but are no better than a warm, damp cloth. So for the household they are not used very often. For traveling and wiping your eyes on the go, they're more convenient than carrying around a wet rag.

  • Certified
Cons
  • Something else

Good daily eye cleanser

I use these on my Maltipoo to remove blemishes from her face. It cleans her eyes well, but not the best way to get real stains out of her hair. There are better things out there but I wanted to try this one as I'm always looking for the best. I have switched to another brand but if you need a good regular eye cleaner this will help.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Quality

Don't get in the way of the dog's eyes.

I like them and I don't think they get in my dog's eyes. However, she doesn't like it when I rub her eyes and she rolls over. It takes several tries to get her eyes clear. Sometimes I really need to clean them before something comes loose. Baby wipes work better, but I'm even hesitant to use "unscented delicate wipes" around their eyes.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Good quality eye gel for dogs

I like the eye gel this company makes, it's a great product. Napkins are definitely a good product, although I found them limited in terms of what and why you would use them. What I like is that I feel comfortable using wipes directly on the eye area. It is convenient for them to wipe the area around the eyes before applying the eye gel. Also, it's a better option than swiping your finger over the eye, which frankly can have all sorts of things on it that you don't want to bring in contact with

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • piggy bank price

Optixcare Eye Wipes - Pack of 50

Optixcare Eye Wipes - Pack of 50 The product works well on my dog's eyes. I use Nutri-Vet Dog Eye Wash, 4 ounces to first flush and loosen any material in the dog's eyes. Flushing gets any debris on the eyelid, allowing you to rub your dog's eyes without touching the eye itself. The only issue I noticed is that the product comes with a sticky plastic lid that covers the opening you take out the wipes through. The lid loses its sticky backing and falls out of the plastic bag. This will dry out…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Can do harm

It's hard to find products without aloe (allergy) but this one didn't have it. I didn't like the packaging, but that didn't bother me. The biggest complaint I had was how big the napkins are. I cut them into quarters for my 20 lb dog, but they don't stay moist long after they leave the package. I kept a few sliced ones in a ziplock and they were good for at least a week but got drier after that. I also kept a large pack in a zip tie as the pack itself is only sealed with a tape tab and they…

Pros
  • Hands free work
Cons
  • Very expensive
