DDive is great for automating reports and saving a lot of time

We've been using DDive for over 2 years now, and it's saved us time and money. The customer service has always been top notch, so we don't have to worry about training or having someone else do something we don't know how. I wish we could automate more things! But they are working hard to make that happen. And their response time is great too. There's nothing I dislike about this product. Easy way of data collection for customers

I am solving some issues in terms off customer facing to make their work process smoother & accurate by collecting all required details from different sources like emails or sales pipeline applications etc., The best thing about orcablue has to do with its ease in using it as well being able t customize everything you want from your dashboard so that even if someone else uses orcable they will have no problems getting started because all their questions are answered right there!   • It is easy for me, my team members, and users at other locations when working together through slack channels across time zones.I can just log into one portal where everyone knows exactly whats going around within specific projects which streamlines operations alot better than previous methods used before..The product provides enough options already without requiring additional development work done which im greatfulfor ! :)..It really works pretty good too : )

Dashing is awesome and extremely user friendly

The ease in creating dashboards that are easy to understand by non technical users or even those who don't have access at all! I am able to create reports as needed but also drill down into more specific information if necessary (or desired). This has been an amazing tool when it comes time to give out presentations about our products/services because we're not limited only having powerpoint available anymore!! A good alternative if your work involves big volumes

I like that it's relatively easy to learn how to use. The application is intuitive, and the user interface is accessible for everyone. The team has been working hard on adding more features to the product. That said, I believe they should implement some sort of a tutorial section that would teach users how to navigate through the different applications available. This will ensure that new users get maximum value for their money. It's great to have a tool that allows us to automate our workflows
