Works great, orange looks good, 13k boost. It was supposed to be with a plastic cable, but a steel braided cable was included.

The winch itself works perfectly, the rope or rope was of very poor quality and after a few pulls it completely unwound and had some bad kinks.

I tow idle excavators and heavy equipment on my gooseneck trailer and most equipment weighs over 16,000 pounds and I have no problem lifting it onto the trailer. highly recommend getting this

I love this winch! I installed it on my car trailer but after about 15 tows. The trailer sits in my driveway with no load and the winch starts for a second and then stops working all night! Just wondering if my wifi turns on and off in my house. Both consoles are far from functional, the winch still works. Has anyone seen this before?

The winch works well until it breaks. nonsense guarantee. In my case the case broke, I am accused of not tightening all the screws for the legs. Well it's a joke. I take pride in my work and always check that the screws are properly tightened. The leg bolts were still tight when I removed the broken pieces. If they decide to fix their warranty I will post a repost. They appeared after I published this review. They sent me a new winch. I'm deducting one star for that.

Great affordable winch! I bought it for my 2007 Silverado and I am very happy with the service, delivery and winch quantity. It had everything you need to put everything together and get started. I installed a second battery and a larger alternator. As with all winches, I would not recommend running them for more than a minute. But so far everything seems to be working just the way I want it and Revane really knows how to run a business.

I received this winch back in October 2019. Then I installed and connected it. Yesterday was the first test. It failed completely. I went to pick up the car and she did nothing. My battery was charged and all connections were tight. We tried the seller's battery and still nothing. I literally never had to use it! Yes, I've tried both wired and wireless controllers. I liked the winch, it was quite good. Installation is easy, but there is NO room on the Gladiator for wiring. It will press against your grill and I hope it doesn't vibrate mine! The wiring goes in this direction, there is no other way out. Works very well, especially for the money.
