The tint worked perfectly. We were so reluctant to cut it that we measured a little more and ended up making several 1/8 inch cuts to get the perfect fit. Measure carefully. Make sure the top-to-bottom window is 1/2 the side-to-side distance. We have four windows named "Semicircular", the problem is that three of them have small differences and one big one. You are not 1/2 circle. I didn't use lampshade dimensions, I just measured my window, halved that number, then placed the lampshade in a plastic holder and measured from the center point of the plastic to mark the end of the lampshade of my measurement.
