Efficient Engraving Bit for Precision Work

This engraving bit is perfect for intricate designs and precise milling. Its tapered shape allows for easy depth control and its carbide material produces clean cuts every time. The bit is durable and will last for multiple projects. However, the bit may not be suitable for heavy duty milling. Overall, a great addition for any industrial and scientific cutting tool collection.

Pros
  • Excellent for precision engraving and milling work
Cons
  • May require additional sharpening over time

Works great for what I use it for.

I've used all the bits now, mostly on acrylic, but I've used them on a few wood carving projects and so far they've worked great. Depending on the cut and material, I've reduced the feed rate to around 15-20 inches per minute.

Pros
  • End Mill
Cons
  • Damaged

Works well. - Ball point

That's good. I started using these today and they are better than the cheap engraving bits that come with mini CNC machines. I have many issues with tips breaking despite shallow cuts and low charges no problem with that and the 0.25mm ball head is thin enough for 2.5mm through hole components on a PCB. I wish they only sold 0.25mm but because that's probably what I'll be using the most.

Pros
  • Ball point
Cons
  • No instructions
