Description of OTC 1173 Hammer Puller Assembly

Ideal 2-jaw slide hammer puller for jobs in very close quarters. Perfect for removal of small-bore bushings, bearings, oil seals, and more. Internal pulling attachment has a jaw spread of 1/2 inch to 1-3/8 inch; spread adjustment is made by turning the slide hammer handle; handle end has 1/2–20 threads. Slide hammer unit is 17 inches long with a 1-3/4 lb. hammer, 1/2-20 threaded end, and a No. 1174 head assembly. High-grade materials ensure quality performance over the lifetime of the tool.

Bearing puller works well with puller

Helped me work on a jet ski. I used a puller to remove the rear bearing on my pump that I have rebuilt. Worked like a charm with little heat. Well designed quality product.
