OTC's 7136 Bearing Cup Remover tool is ideal for servicing hubs on today's popular front-wheel-drive small cars. Tapered metal cone holds the jaws securely in place during pulling. Perfect for pulling internal bearing cups, seals, bushings, etc. Jaw spread is 15/16 inch to 3-1/4 inches and reach is 3-1/2 inches; use with any 5/8-18 threaded slide hammer such as OTC's No. 1155 or 1156 as well as OTC's No. 927 Push-Puller. High-grade materials ensure quality performance over the lifetime of the tool; similar to Ford 308-047.

Game-Changer for Bearing Cup Removal

Based on my observations this puller is a lifesaver! It easily removes stubborn bearing cups, making jobs quicker with less frustration. The design is sturdy and durable, ensuring it will last through multiple uses. The only potential downside is it may not fit all cup sizes, BUT that's nothing a quick check beforehand can't fix..

Unfortunately, this tool was made from very poor quality steel

Unfortunately, this tool was made from very poor quality steel. One of the protrusions used to pull off the cup was rounded off when first used. So it won't work as expected. Very disappointed! Very bad quality!
