The case design hides the microphone when using speakerphone during a call. The person on the other end can't hear me most of the time.

The color is very pleasing in person and has already protected my s9 from a fall (from treadmill.eek!). Just note that they no longer come with screen protectors. I use Caseology tempered glass (increase screen sensitivity to avoid touchscreen issues).

Using this case broke all the glass on my phone which could shatter. The glass underneath the back of the case is kinda cracked and I didn't even notice it until I took the case off to clean it and the crack was just under that part of the case and not the exposed glass. The rear camera lens broke and now the camera is fully open and my photos aren't as good as they used to be. Finally the screen. I've had several Galaxy S9 cases and this one disappointed me the most. I used (and went back to) the Otterbox Symmetry case. I found some lint getting into my ports, saw the commuter case on the Gold Box Special Edition and jumped at the chance. Ten minutes on the phone was enough to decide if it was a return.
