Received the light fixture in great packaging, however the instructions that came with it were for a completely different, and regular ceiling fan. Thankfully I went to you tube and typed in the fan and found a video on how to put it together and install it. Nothing at all was similar to the light kit that is included with this fan/light. We wanted to change from a traditional fan with blades always out, and so this works great. Instructions were not very clear, and it doesn't fit into existing electrical box, but with a little ingenuity you can get past that,also remote receiver has to be fit into top shroud and was tight, but all in all we got it up and it is quiet and really puts out some air!

The Sam is amazing and so reasonably priced. Conversation Piece I have gotten a lot of compliments on it and it's a very quiet and easy to assemble it's wonderful can speak enough about it. It has a remote control so it's easily mean used amazing I really enjoyed it I plan on purchasing more

I LOVE this fan. It is so beautiful and makes the room so classy. When the fan is off it looks like any normal light fixture.

This is a gorgeous fan. Took my electrician about two hours to install. He said it was on the difficult side to install. It puts out a decent flow of air but there is a continuous humming sound coming from it. Not real loud but you can hear it.

Fan comes with the wrong instructions. Most people won't be able to figure out how to put it together. The Revain recommended bulbs are too long and won't fit inside the cage, so buy normal or small sized Edison bulbs.

I bought this fan for my son’s room. I had it installed months after I purchased it so I can’t return this defective product. The electrician discovered that the electrical wiring was frayed. I would not buy this fan or recommend it. He said the bolt they provided was to long as well. So most people will see the light part of the fan short circuit eventually.

The instructions appear to be written by someone who is lacking skills in the English language. It's actually pretty comical how they used words that have no meaning whatsoever for the topics at hand. Fan is gorgeous-looks beautiful! Love the remote.It did take some thought to install, we were fortunate that our light box straddle the beam so we were able to get it to workout. If you haven’t installed more than a standard ceiling fan you will probably needs some help, but it will be worth it.The sellers are very communicative and sends lots of instructions so that was helpful.Love this fan!
