Nowhere to be happy

Our dachshund is 17 years old. She is the most difficult dog. She is a teenager and weighs 16 pounds although she is quite tall (just under a foot and a half). She is about 10 inches tall. We were afraid she wouldn't be able to fight in this sling, but she likes it. She can lower her front paw, which she likes to do, and once you adjust her to your body, she becomes comfortable. Wear about 45m before switching to the other side. We have a 5 year old golden mix and we hate leaving our old ladyโ€ฆ

Decent bag for Rover

I bought this and picked it up for the weekend and my 4 lb Micro Chihuahua roamed Washington DC very well. However, she was more comfortable in her pet carrier, which is more rigid and gives her a proper floor to stand on. I found that she's pretty good at getting into a comfortable position and staying there in this mailbag-inspired stretcher. But she's comfortable, so it does the job. We live in New York City and when using public transportation I prefer not to be looked at or questioned byโ€ฆ

Works best in a sling

I have a moderately active dog and an 18 lb dachshund. I like to take my medium sized dog for longer walks but the dachshund can't keep up with her either and I hate to leave her at home so I took this bandage with me. I wasn't able to use the sling and walk the other dog at the same time (we have to hold the sling while walking to keep her stable in it) but when I went camping with the group we used the sling, and when she grew tired, a person carried her in a sling. There is a strap at theโ€ฆ

Exactly what I need and my dog โ€‹โ€‹loves it.

I was looking for this type of product for my little Yorkie. I needed something that would allow me to hold it securely and leave my hands free to run errands and the like. It's almost too big for my dog, as well as pets up to 20lbs or even 2 smaller ones (it has 2 clips). What I did was use a small neck pillow that I already had and never used. So it is higher with better visibility. Now she loves it. Yesterday we went for a walk and I put her bandage on the floor by the door to get somethingโ€ฆ

Excellent affordable sling

I bought this sling for an 8 lb chihuahua. He likes it very much. He's a real dog person and always wants to be picked up, so he comes up to me so my hands are free. I added a towel to the bottom of the sling for a little more comfort for my little animal. However, he had no problem with his perceived lack of support. I think it depends on the dog. I've only used it a few times but it definitely seems durable enough. I have other Outward Hound products and they are very strong and durable. Myโ€ฆ
