I wanted a machine to quickly boil water for tea and cat food. It works great, it's a bit more than I really need but I'm happy with the purchase. I have a green color, it boils very quickly and turns off automatically. The only thing I would like to point out is that the cable is ugly, it's thick and doesn't retract. When it's on, the lights glow blue and it's a pleasure to see how it works. The base is made of rubber, which makes it less prone to burns.

I ordered this kettle because I liked my favorite color and the blue light.
