I got this scraper to replace one that worked fairly well but was very loud (squeaking) when used on glass shower doors and acrylic shower surrounds. Rating is based on one use of the mop (just received, brand new). Does not creak in use. However, the edge of the rubber lip is slightly concave. I'm usually a pretty big fan of OXO products and have quite a few so based on the positive reviews I bought this shower scrubber. I've used it and I would say it was pretty much everything I could have hoped for. Looked good, worked great. This is a nice scraper and the suction cup part works well but other than that I was very disappointed with this product. And by extremely disappointed I mean I HATE it PASSIONATELY. I wanted this scraper for my glass shower door. The blade isn't very wide so it takes a few extra puffs compared to my old wiper. Update 2: This product lasted about a year. It's very good for this money. For that I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. If it had a better mount I would be tempted to give it 5 stars. Update: I've been using this scraper for several months although it falls off along with the bracket attached. I found a pair of 3M Command Medium bath hooks to be the perfect solution for this mop.
