Overall good lube, plastic isn't cheap and hasn't cracked in the dishwasher like my previous one. All parts have survived at least 10 rinses so I would say they are quite durable. I wish the bulb was bigger and the suction power better, but as someone obsessed with kitchen gadgets, it's hard to find better.

This is my second purchase of this item. I had one for about 10 years and loved it. It recently lost suction, so this purchase should replace the old one. I was lazy with the old one and just started putting it in the dishwasher to clean and I think I loosened the rubber ball. Of course, after 10 years, it can simply be due to age. Now I'm going to hand wash the rubber as a precaution.

I recently reviewed a whisk I bought from OXO and will say the same thing here. Like all other products I've bought from them over the years, this buster does not disappoint. I've had a few setbacks over the past few years and that can really make or break a Thanksgiving turkey experience. The suction power of this nozzle is excellent and it is easy to clean!
