PAC Strapping PST34 Plastic Tensioner: Efficient Tool for Secure Strapping Review

Bought this a few months ago and used it for the first time yesterday. I use it with 3" to 4" polypropylene strapping for binding raw lumber on air drying pallets. It took me a few tries to get it right, but once you get the hang of it, it's a great tool. Highly recommended.

Amazing product quality, very nice weight and feel, all metal parts except ratchet handle but not sacrificing quality, fasteners there are plenty of ratchets so you can pretty much be in tension and the handle and cutting mechanism is very consistent, this is a much better solution for low volume strapping, no need for a $5000 coiling and strapping machine here. LOVE IT, thanks PAC!

Works great! Quality feeling, all metal parts should last a very long time if not a lifetime. I use it to tie boxes together to make a box, and heavy packing where you need miles of duct tape just to keep the doors down and not tear the sides. There were no instructions for use in the kit but I found a YouTube video that clearly shows how to do it. Once you know how easy it is, a fifth grader can do it!
