January 2020 - Item not working as advertised. Flashing turn signals. Doesn't filter out blinkers. I'm an experienced electrician and I know how to properly install 12v wiring.

Connected correctly. I'm a US Navy electronics technician by training, so it's not rocket science. the module does not work. Added diodes in front of yellow wires to prevent feedback, still not working. The hitch LED was still flashing when the turn signals activated. bad product.

I installed this on the third brake light on my pickup truck hood. While this prevents the third brake light from reversing to disable the pickup truck's turn signal, it does not prevent the pickup truck's turn signal from reversing the third brake. Thus, the third brake light flashes until you apply the brake. Not entirely inappropriate, but not entirely correct.

There was a 2003 topper where the top brake light went out. I bought a new LED brake light, but with the old converter it did not light up, there was not enough voltage. This part replaced an old converter installed by Radco Toppers who now know absolutely nothing about the unit. This new one worked great, the new LED is nice and bright, no blinking turn signals. Just perfect!

Installed according to the instructions, very simple, but the 3rd brake light flashes with the turn signal until the brake is applied, while the 3rd brake light lights up as a brake light. This block is misleading. It claims to disable unwanted flashing on the third brake light, but only does so when braking. At all other times, the third brake light is still flashing. So if you use a turn signal (left or right) with no braking effort, it will still flash along with the turn signal. If you use a turn signal and apply the brakes. This clears the signal. The product needs to turn on the brake light without interacting with the individual turn signals. However, the part we received did just that, it activated the individual turn signals which caused the top cab brake light to flash instead of only going out when the signal was sent from both lines at the same time which just resulted in a constant halt leads bright.
