We are very satisfied with the device and it has paid for itself several times in a very short time. First I reinforced the two pivots with washers, nuts and bolts. With all the 4 and 5 star reviews, I ordered this product with high expectations. Unfortunately, the device I received was defective. One side of the device is bent outwards, causing several problems: 1) The hinge on that side does not work smoothly. Instead, it hangs and creates resistance as the handle moves. 2) The piston rod is twisted as shown in the photo.
