A pad was recommended by my podiatrist.These worked for me! I have been using them for a couple of years. They last about a month or so before they lose some stickiness. Bottom line: Fantastic!

These worked well for the few times that I used them. Definitely made my feet feel a bit better in my work shoes. I have severe heel pain and neuropathy in my feet, and this so far is the only product that works. I wear them every day and they stick to the heels of my feel. I love them!

Bought for my husband who has metatarsalgia. It is working well so far. He would like something that he can leave in a shoe, so we bought several different types to see what works the best. So far, this works best, but taking on and off and washing not convenient. Getting out of pain is the most important part, so 5 stars for that.

I have bursitis on the ball of my feet due to lack of fat padding on that area. I have tried several products and kinda know what works best for my condition at this point. I gave these a try but they are too small (they do not cover the ball of the foot as in the picture, btw I'm a female size 8) which makes them very very uncomfortable. Works well but when I wash this it no longer has any adhesive effect for reuse. This means it gets expensive to replace each month. I buy several packages each month and will continue to do so because it does cushion the ball of my foot.

These help a lot! I've had terrible foot pain for the past couple years due to wearing heels for years and growing up in ballet. These are incredibly economical as similar products can only be used once or be placed in one pair of shoes where as these are reusable. I prefer to stick them to skin as I tend to change shoes a lot throughout the day. They could use to be a little stickier but they are completely reusable and do not lose much stickiness over time. They do not make shoes feel tighter

I recommend these for anyone who has ball of foot pain. Adheres to the skin or inside shoes. They eliminate ball of foot pain when I wear them.

Would like more info on positioning for different foot conditions. Needs to be washed at least every two days. Very comfortable and helped my husband a lot

These are nice and squishy. I don't know about sticking them on your feet, but I stick one on my AFO and it stays put till I peel it off.

Looked as though it was repackaged and resold. Adhesion was not great. They only sent one, but did correct when told so. Not the greatest order.

The previous gel pads I used were old and had lost their stickiness, so I needed a new pair. The old gel pads were shaped differently, but I thought these triangular shaped pads might be worth a try. First off, they are not as sticky as my previous pair, so I suspect they will not last as long. For now, they are staying stuck to my foot, but not completely. I have been using one of these for over a month now and it works well. I was unimpressed when my doctor gave me one of these with the toe loop, but I tried it and it provided significant pain relief. The toe loop drove me crazy, so I found this stick on version. It doesn't look like much, but it has relieved 90% of my foot pain. I have had surgery on a nerve on the bottom of a foot 20 years ago. It has never fully returned to normal. These were recommended to me by a physical therapist at Mayo Clinic. They work very well for me.

I've used different brands and types of these cushions with minimal success but these looked promising. They are fantastic! They stay put and provide a great deal of comfort! The package insert says you can put them directly on your feet or your shoes. I've only used them applied to my shoes. I've since purchased several more pairs and will eventually have them in nearly every dress shoe and sandal I own. I couldn't be happier.

Unlike other reviewers who complained that these didn't stick to the bottoms of the feet, I had no problem Washing them off after each use was not an issue. I must say, I didn't have to use them very long before I no longer needed them, but that are stored away in case the need ever arises.
