This is not for camcorders or TVs. It's built to Nokia standards. See the format at the far right of the attached diagram. Not for conventional camcorder formats. Probably suitable for MP3 players and the like.

I got tired of pulling out our 60 inch LED TV to switch between Nintendo Wii and Nintendo 64 gaming consoles. It worked great. Connections are always good and it literally takes 15 seconds to disconnect and reconnect consoles. You should be very glad that you don't have to constantly move the TV to connect different games! More reliable than the old Switch model I had.

Needed for a new TV with 3.5mm jack for SD input. It plugged into the RCA jacks on older devices and sent the signal to the TV with no problem. The only caveat is that there doesn't seem to be a (agreed upon) standard for video/audio jacks, so my TV doesn't match the cable. Packing: These AV Cables were packed with other items but were in a correct size bag. The packaging was good and delivery was quick. I appreciate fast shipping! Product: These cables are about 10 feet long (I didn't put a tape measure on them) and match the AV cables, they were sent to me in great/new condition with no obvious visible marks. defects. I was too lazy. I have no idea what this is for, but I can tell you that I have a Panasonic MiniDV camcorder with a 3.5mm TRRS AV out and did NOT transmit the signal correctly. I believe the three wires are connected to the wrong parts of the 1/8" connector and I couldn't get a video signal from it. I've tried connecting all 3 RCA cables to my TV's video input but nothing. Tried a different cable with the camcorder and the picture was fine so I know it's not a problem with the camera or TV. Too bad this type…

I wanted to write this review so someone who uses this cable for the same purposes as me doesn't have to order it. I connected an old camcorder (Panasonic PV-L452D) to a Dazzle capture device to transfer old home videos to my laptop.
