COOLANT SENSOR NOT WORKING

NEARLY REMOVE THE NEW ENGINE I BUILT AND WAITING FOR THE COOLANT SENSOR TO TURN THE FANS ON. I HAD TO PERFORM A MANUAL REBOOT. THE TEMPERATURE WAS UP TO 230 BEFORE I TURNED IT OFF. SENSOR IS OPEN. IT WAS NOT FOUND FROM THE OTHER SIDE.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Fits

As expected, another great product from Painless

This was a simple setup that works great. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the main fuse holder mounting holes aren't big enough for the screws that come with it. This was an easy fix, but it took a few extra minutes to complete the installation.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • There are flaws

Nice kit but it had a bad relay

Painless wiring has some great stuff. The kit worked very well on the Torino Cobra 69 except one of the relays was defective. It took me a few hours to fix my wiring but all went well. It turned out that one of the 3 relays was defective. I had a compatible one in my toolbox so I replaced it and it immediately started cooling. Replacing the relay is $5 plus an additional $5 shipping. No. 80132.
