Absolutely awful. Each brush head is loose, wobbly and 2 have completely come loose and pulled out. The bristles of at least 5 brushes are cut unevenly. Very disappointing and will be back in a heartbeat.

OK so based on the reviews and the fact that they are similar to another set I have previously bought I thought that it's perfect for my needs, which was basically half a dozen good flats, some round ones that I was able to straighten, and I like the dual strands of black/grey mixed media plastic bristles. This set of Jane Reed art brushes is a complete set for every artist and every medium. Please watch the video for a full description. The brushes are perfectly made from the best materials. The bristles feel like the finest sable and follow the movements perfectly. The variety meets the most common work needs, from the thinnest line to the widest mat. There's even a palette knife and sponges. (I prefer a sea sponge. But I can work with that.) Overall this is a great set and I would recommend it

I mostly paint miniatures and have bought hundreds and hundreds of brushes throughout my adult life. I needed a more "universal" set of brushes, and I needed this tiny "trowel" (used mostly in oil painting). Use it for - whether it's a large part of a diorama or the lips of a tiny miniature. It was organized in a zippered pocket, quite durable. The brushes were all pretty good quality (so far they haven't been bad quality, but obviously not the same as the $50 brushes). Really VERY good value…

First of all I want to say that I like what I paid for. It was a good deal and good value for money. In the hands feels normal and not strange. This works for kids too if you have a good set. Now for the bad: none of the brushes had a hose over the bristles, and those that did weren't carefully put on. I had to cut off a few strands with nail scissors. I post a picture. Another bad thing.
