I had some doubts about this tire as it wasn't clearly marked 'Made in Japan'. I've included a photo of the tire and its packaging that says 'Made in Japan'. I love this tire and have used it exclusively since the Ritchey Z-Max WCS was discontinued.

I like the compound and the look of the tire but mine arrived askew. It's not very noticeable when you're going slow, but you pick up a little speed and it bounces at every corner.
