Description of 🔧 Professional Pedal Wrench - Park Tool PW-4

Designed for heavy shop use. Two 15 millimeters wrench openings are oriented at 30 degree and 45 degree angles. An oversized, asymmetrical head is made from Cro-Moly steel for superior strength and durability. It is thin enough to access all wrench flats. The handle is round and vinyl dipped so it wont dig into the hand like flat wrenches.

This wrench will save your sanity if you have a stubborn peddler.

After several days of trying to remove 20-year-old pedals from my mountain bike - two 15mm wrenches broke off - I decided to try something else. After reading many reviews, especially negative ones, I decided to use this professional tool. It arrived today and it's definitely "professional", it's heavy and durable. He was quickly pedaling within 10 minutes of delivery. While it's a bit pricey, it will likely outlive anything you have in your toolbox.

Success! 35 year old stuck pedal removed when 15mm wrench failed

I had a horribly stuck left pedal on my surviving BMX bike when I saw the sun for the first time in 33 years. I have some time to clean my bike. Obviously, in anticipation of the Suntour XCII, it was necessary to try to salvage the old pats! The pedal could not be removed to clean the cranks/lubricate the bearings. Rounded out by a 15mm master key, a 2 foot breaker and a PB blaster. The pedal won. Anyway, I got this tool. Pedal and handle removed! I will go again soon! Yes expensive but as…

Professional tools make pedal maintenance easier

Turning my road bike upside down can even loosen stuck pedals. Using my body weight over the wrench (usually my allen wrench) I loosen. Just make sure you do it right. I switched to non-contact pedals on an exercise bike because there wasn't enough power. I brought him this key and it literally loosened in 5 seconds. Before this key I kept working on it but to no avail. The long, heavy handle gives you the leverage you need. This is the right tool to loosen stuck pedals. Don't forget to oil the

Optional tool but makes a noticeable difference!

The value for money for this product is not very good considering that in some cases you have to use the pedal with a 15mm wrench or in some cases with a 6mm wrench -mm Allen key to remove or install. However, it makes things a lot easier due to the different angles you can hold the pedal at, and the long handle gives a lot of torque without much effort (the same can be achieved by sliding a cheat bar or 1/2 in PVC). tube via a standard 15 mil wrench. This tool looks great (especially on the…

The right tool for the job

I was trying to remove the pedals from a bike that had been ridden for over 20 years and well over 20,000 miles in Michigan, a state noted for its people-friendly weather is known. I spent two hours with a heat gun, got in the oil, extricated myself, and used every wrench I had, trying to get the pedals off to no avail (and I knew how to get them off properly). So I figured this was the case when I needed the right tool for the job. I ordered a premium Park Tool pedal wrench (Professional PW-4)

Stuck pedals are afraid of this button.

You've seen the same thing, but I'll repeat it again. This key does not understand the word "stuck". I tried to take the pedals off the bike for about a week before I gave up. Of course I didn't want to kill her for 168 hours. But I would try it with my 15 wrench for a while and then coat the threads with penetrating grease, leave overnight and try again. I decided to order this magical instrument and 5 minutes after tearing open the cardboard box decorated with a smile, both pedals were off…
