Defective product - great curls. but broke after 3 uses - customer service replaces product

So I have to explain why I'm giving this item a 1. Firstly, it was a 5 when I first received this item. I love the end result after using this iron. It's very easy to use and I'm not very good at styling my hair with a flat iron. Unfortunately I only used it 3 times and now it doesn't work anymore. I take good care of my things. I have kept this iron in its original packaging and such. I press the power button and it turns off after a few seconds. I used multiple outlets and the like to make…

Beautiful swirls of beach waves if only they could stay.

I really like the curls I got from him while he was working. A day and a half after I had it and used it twice it started shorting out. I had hair in it, I got to the last part of my hair and it was removed. There must be some kind of short in the cables because every time I try to rotate the ground where the cable is it gets disconnected. It breaks my heart because he is doing a wonderful job but I think next time I will order directly from Head Kandy's website. Three stars because it works…

I tried to get the waves I see in the Kandi video with this curling iron but all I got was curly hair. When I tried to return the item for a refund they told me they would not accept returns. I would never buy from a Kandy head again.

Not a bad product, cheaply made.

The product turned out to be defective. The first one I ordered had a short in the cable and couldn't stay right out of the box. I sent it back and got a replacement. It also had a short in the cable and wouldn't stay on. I have not reordered.

Forced release for tongs

Wanted to use it on my daughter's hair for the wedding. Turned off and had to turn on several times like it had a short circuit.
