Vibrant pencil set for art enthusiasts

This set of colored pencils is perfect for those looking to enhance their art supplies collection. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can attest to the high quality of these pencils. The colors are vibrant and blend smoothly, making it great for Arts and Crafts. The only drawback is that the set doesn't come with a sharpener. Overall, a great investment for any artist looking to add some variety to their work.

Pros
  • Produces vivid, rich colors
Cons
  • Requires frequent sharpening, leading to wastage of pencil material

Good soft pastel pencil set for portraits

Despite the lack of a darker sepia pencil this set is very useful for portrait skin tones. I made a very quick sketch of a man on tinted paper. I really like the soft texture. You'll need to sharpen to keep it sharp, but they go well with paper stumps (torchon). There is no box, so pop this in your pencil case, roll, or used tin. But for the price, these can't be beat. A very good sentence.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • I'll add later

Ideal for beginners

I usually use pens and also budget ones like Jane Davenport so I can't comment on the quality compared to professional pastels. Although they are less messy than sticks, I prefer sticks. Just because I use pastel colors for large areas. Only 2 pins were scratched. But the rest was of decent quality and I had no problems mixing it. I used eyeshadow applicators and fingers. I definitely enjoyed using them and would recommend them to beginners or anyone on a tight budget.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Expensive
