This fish works great. Other yolk removers leave too much protein stuck to the yolk, or if you try to separate it, the egg will spill over your hands and you'll have to wash your hands. This fish keeps my hands from touching the egg and gets all the egg white that usually likes to stick to the yolk. In addition, it does not get dirty and cleans very well.
