I'm so disappointed! After reading the reviews I ordered this product without hesitation. I just opened it up and the poles are too short. The instructions are very simple but the 5 poles are clearly marked. I have 10. think they should telescope. nope When inserted, the wigwam sags and is not durable. I would like to contact the company to get the right sticks but they don't have contact information. Too bad the quality of the canvas and lining seems to be very good.

I like it very much! Our cat really liked the cardboard box with crumpled brown paper as his "mace" for a while, but I decided to look for something more aesthetically pleasing but still give him a sense of protection when he gets his zoom objects or when he wants some time for me. We love this bed! My cat is very picky and has literally never used the single bed I have ever bought for her. I bought it first because it matched my decor (I'm a black and white stripe freak) so I figured it would still look very cute in my room at least even if she wasn't using it. This product is fantastic (garlands and toys not shown). I see someone mentioned that the bars are too short, but that's not the case. There are small connectors that connect the sticks together so they are long enough to fit through the holes to create the teepee structure. This is a cozy bed - the pillow is thick enough and can be washed. I know my pup will love him as much as I do. It's a reasonable price - the material is strong and the construction is solid. Love this wigwam and our cat too! The canvas is durable and well made, and the padding is nice and soft. It's also cheaper and better made than the other versions. My only recommendation is to take a few extra minutes and use some Tacky or Crazy Glue when assembling the legs and joining the plastic pieces for extra strength. Most of our legs held together well, but one pair of legs came loose and kept pulling apart when we tried to thread them through the canvas sleeves. It takes about half an…
