Arrived seemingly broken. However my 11 year old son built it for his fish tank and found it so quiet he couldn't hear a sound. The thing never worked.

After figuring out the assembly myself I really liked it. My turtle loves it too. I wish the top was bigger for my tortoise to sit on. I need to change my rating. It hasn't worked since I bought it a week ago. I have a 40.00 deco in my aquarium and no filter yet

Looks great in a terrarium pond area, wish the pump was more accessible. If it's clogged, I have to remove all the product to get to the bottom of the pump. Very happy with the seller, fast delivery and helped a lot when the first item arrived with little damage.

Not happy with the filter, not enough power to circulate the water. The water no longer flows through the filter. The engine hums, but the water does not flow. I didn't bother to return it, I used it as decoration and the turtles like to stand on it. My tank is only 20 liters. I have always used two pumps, bought these to replace the smaller one I had.

Very poor quality control. The shipping box was in perfect condition but the filter box was crumpled on the corner meaning it was SHIPPED that way. They didn't even open the box to see if the item was broken and it was. I managed to put gravel around it to try and get it to work. The water filter doesn't seem to let much water through. Concerned about how well it filters.

Well packaged in bubble wrap. The assembly was easy, at first I wasn't sure if I put the water filter in correctly, but I contacted the support team and they helped me a lot. The waterfall/filter looks a lot better than regular blacks, it's very quiet and produces a soothing waterfall sound. It's higher than I originally expected, but I'm not upset about it. My turtle is so small I don't think it will climb up. I love the product and recommend it!

First of all I LOVE the design and size! But. I didn't listen when many reviews said the pump was defective. So now all I have is a giant platform that collects trash and feces instead of filtering or moving water.
