I'm giving 3 stars at the moment because Revain did a lousy job with the packaging. It arrived at my door and you could hear small pieces of glass rattling inside the box. I opened it before the UPS driver left and broken glass fell out. The manufacturer's box was surrounded by ONE layer of bubble wrap. I have had a 29 gallon tank for about 10 years and have always preferred this cap. The fit of the glass to the tank is perfect, it looks stylish and the plastic on the back is easy to trim to accommodate the filter/vent tubes and slides easily over the back of the glass. I have followed the instructions for sticking the grip (24 hour do not disturb!) in addition to cleaning with alcohol before sticking and the grip has always been very strong.
