K&N saved my life. Suitable for filter

It took 90 minutes to install, after that the truck started but stopped working. I re-read the manual and found that the mass air flow sensor was installed upside down. As soon as I switched it, it continued to work. I immediately noticed a growl and my truck responded better. K&N intake systems are always worthwhile. This is my 4th

Works as advertised! Very happy with the easy installation.

Very noticeable when you step on the accelerator! Works even better with a dual exhaust system. I installed a Borla exhaust system. Works hand in hand. Very happy with this set! Just put a rear stabilizer bar TRD. You can feel the difference it made. Haven't noticed any change in fuel consumption yet. I'm sure there are some savings.

Excellent reception. I took K&N for the last time.

Great shot. I've had K&N air intakes on my last two cars and love them. They increase power, make the truck sound a bit more aggressive, and also save you some money since you don't have to change the filter (unless you want to). You can simply buy a kit to have it cleaned several times a year or more depending on how many miles you drive. The kit costs about $12 from K&N and lasts me a couple of years.

  • Well built

Great CAI, definitely wakes up 5.7

Cooling air intake worked fine for me on a heavily modified 2017 Tundra. With a 6-inch lift and a 35-inch motor, there's a lot of rollover. Also, I drive a mob tune and I have a bumper and a winch, so a hundred pounds or more of extra weight on the front of the truck. Gasoline mileage increased from 12.8 to 13.2mpg (mostly on single-town freeways). The intake also allows the engine to maintain rpm more easily (I see less bouncing when showing mpg). It finally sounds great and the throttle…

I like it! in the air intake

Easy installation for an experienced mechanic on my 2016 Tundra 5.7 SUV! Fast delivery, great price! Sounds good. A bit noisy when towing the camper uphill! Noticed a very small increase in MPG and smoother acceleration! I would recommend it! It should be noted that if you disconnect and reconnect the battery after installing this air intake on the Tundra, the truck computer will require several tanks of gas to recalibrate the "miles to empty" option on the dash. Otherwise the gas sensor will…

2015 Toyota Tundra in filters

2015 Toyota Tundra:1 - Installation: Not that bad. Make sure you align the "L" brackets correctly. A mounting point on the back of the heat shield was a bit confusing for me. 2 - Power Growth: I have to rely on everyone, but I'm sure there is one. 3 - Throttle response: Definitely improved! 4 - Sound: He growls when stepped on. Sounds great with my Borla exhaust.5 - Increased gas mileage: No (see #3 and #4) 6 - Worth it: Definitely worth it! Note: Make sure you regularly tighten all band…

Absolutely for a Tundra owner your truck will sound phenomenal

So I argued for a long time before buying this for my 2018 Toyota Tundra Limited. We got it from South Carolina for our trip to San Antonio, Texas. This increased our fuel consumption and performance. I was impressed and calculated by mileage and gas using the odometer. In my opinion, first of all, I would recommend this mod to any other mod for your truck. Husky Liner X-acts will follow next. I know those two sounds sound like an odd combination, but what you feel and what you see changes the…

EMPHASIZE! good for spare parts

Like 100%! Best unit on the market for the price and the chrome looks great. The problem was in the installation. I have a brand new Tundra TRD in black. So you know leaning over the truck was stressful :) It was easy to install based on parts and instructions but the fact of the matter is it was my truck. you have the idea I'm a little worried about the vacuum line adapter, it seems a bit flimsy for a winter setting so I'd wait until a warm day to tighten it up. In addition, it looks great…
