Great for both client and pet sitting professional

I like this app because it's easy to use with all my clients in one place! It allows me access from anywhere as well so if there are issues or questions during service times they can be easily addressed without having someone at home just waiting around until we get back into town again after services have been performed. Great for businesses that need quick payment processing

The ease of use to set up an account with no programming experience required! It also integrates directly into our POS system so we are able to scan in receipts from clients transactions as well as process payments through it. There's not much I dislike about this program other than there may be some bugs out at times (i.e., when you try to upload photos or make edits). We have been using PSP since 2011 to run our dog walking/pet sitter service which has proven itself time after time over all…

  • The ease at which the program is able to be used and the ease of adding multiple clients and scheduling a meet (and seeing where they are in their calendar)

  • The calendar and calendar reminder features are not as intuitive as I would like

Love everything about this software - Helps us organize efficiently

I love how much time it helps me save to keep track of my dog and cat's care. It has helped me avoid having to make multiple phone calls to each person who cares for them. It also gives me reports with all the data in one place! I wish there were better options to have more ways to communicate, such as sending emails rather than being limited by the text feature. Great platform for scheduling services and treatments

I love how easy it was to set up my account and create all of my schedules from one central location! The only downside we have had with this product so far has been some slow response times by customer service when you call them or emailing their tech support team. However once i did get in contact with someone they were very helpful to me!! We are able t utilize our own schedule feature which would be nice but its not too big an issue yet since our services aren't fully out until next month.

Great program - would recommend to others too for their small business

I like how it has all of my information about clients in one place which makes entering their info fast! It also keeps track if they have had any issues with our service so we know what to do next time around or call them back out at no cost just because something went wrong doesn't mean you should be charged again!! We're working towards getting better communication between us but there are times when calls go straight through without me picking up - sometimes this can take hours before…
