Broke after 2 days: collars, harnesses and leashes

The clip broke after 2 days and I lost an expensive custom tag. I should have read the reviews before I bought the clip. I cannot recommend this clip.

Pros
  • Great overall quality
Cons
  • Some problems

Broke after 1 day of wearing.

I attached the tags to the clip and then attached to the collar. I then spent several days looking for lost tags as both of the two I bought broke and the tags fell off within the first hour of wearing. I shouldn't even take the time to return them for a replacement that will likely do the same. Low quality.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No automatic

Just one thing about dogs

I like this product and its concept; However, my dog has dry skin and often scratches the clasp, causing them and the tags to fly around the room. I wonder if the spring-loaded latches could be stiffer or have the ability to latch. I love that it rotates and it's small, but I would go for a slightly larger version if it would hold up better when scraping feet.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • A few minor things

Nice concept but not functional! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!

Very small and the latch/claws are not strong so it pops out when my dog is shaking. It's not a very well made article despite a good concept. I was given this to include my service dog photo ID and three city stamps (1 for vaccinations, 1 for handler license and 1 for service dog). Together, the four items weigh less than an ounce.

Pros
  • nice little thing
Cons
  • I really have no complaints about it, everything is fine

It's good for quiet dogs in a one dog house

Very easy to put on and take off and I've always had this problem. I'm first with my cat. My Sheltie occasionally loses his when playing with my Aussie who is three times her size. My Aussie always loses it so I buy in bulk. They are both chipped but if not I wouldn't order them again. They're a bit fragile, which is a shame because it's a great idea.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Hard to say

Not strong enough for use with multiple dogs

I liked their idea of not having to deal with rings that are difficult to attach and can also be attached to a collar. So I gave them a try, I think they work great if you only have a small dog or two. However, I have 3 medium sized dogs and now none of them are whole. I lost her marks for a while until I finally found her in the yard. They won't stand up to rough play so if you have multiple dogs I wouldn't recommend them.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Only available in white

Great concept, crappy quality

I like this idea as I often change collars on our dogs but the quality is terrible. We have three dogs that weigh between 45 and 95 pounds and all three broke within a few hours. This particular item is excellent for small dogs and should therefore be marketed as such by the manufacturer. There should be different "strengths” for dogs of different sizes. Make this product more durable and maybe I'd try again, but as it is it sucks. Conclusion: RIP - don't waste your money.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons

Great idea/bad execution

When I saw this product I was thrilled that I was able to relieve my arthritic fingers from the pain that updating new tags or changing collars entails brought. I immediately ordered one for each of my dogs. I struggled to detach their tags from the loop on their collars, attached the tags to the tagnabbit rings, and then let my dogs out into the yard. When they got back to the house, one was missing the tags and the other was all Tagnabbit. I thought I did something wrong but no. I searched…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Fantastic concept, poor product quality

I wanted this product to work. This is an amazing concept - simply open one side of the tag holder, place your pet's tag on the ring and close the ring. Open the other side and attach the tags to your pet's collar. Repeat this process every time you need to change your collar or brand. The problem is that the ring that attaches this device to the pet's collar isn't strong enough to withstand whatever happens to your pet's collar - shaking, leashing, eating, walking, etc. that your active pet…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Vulgarity
