🐾 Enhanced Petmate Signature Leash for Optimal Performance Review

The leash self-detaches from my dog's collar. This has already happened three times. Luckily my dog was fine all three times. Do not buy this product.

Good leash. Has a latch closure for those of you with lost dogs. However, I found it difficult to get used to this function. Saved the leash as it fits my dog's harness. Although working with hands with arthritis can be difficult!

I prefer this leash over the Petsmart brand because it has a claw closure and not the D-ring that you get with the Petsmart brand. Meet in the middle, instead of the D-ring most of us are used to from car keys that we ALL know can get stuck open without you knowing, and then "poof" - the dog is gone. I purchased this leash from Petco last month when purchasing the matching Petmate harness. Today I had to change the dishes because my dog ate them.
