Let me start by saying that I have never been in favor of electrocuting an animal. I have disabled this feature for my dogs. My pack consists of a disgruntled 8 year old with behavior issues, then my 4 month old 70 lb Great Dane puppy and a full dachshund mix. I've only been using it for 2 days but I feel like I have a brand new package. They respond very well to just a beep, I don't even have to use the vibrate function.

I have bought several collars from this brand over the past few years. Upon arrival, the transmitter did not turn on. I emailed the seller and he provided me with a replacement transmitter. It was a different style than what I ordered. I could combine it with collars. The replacement was similar to previous models I have purchased. I worked about two weeks. Now the alternating transmitter does not switch on either. I tried to charge it but it doesn't respond. I'll look around for another brand.

I bought this product because it is advertised as IPX7 waterproof. "7" means it can be submerged in water to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes. This applies to both the transmitter and the collars. The first one I received worked perfectly until the second charge. It will not reconnect to the remote control. But Amazon did a great job and sent me a replacement which is great. This was the easiest remote trainer I've ever programmed and I've used it to run a pet shop. We've been using it for about a week and our collie is 85% corrected for not being able to listen. The beep is loud enough for her to hear and the vibration is strong and gets her attention. One dog needs more correction than the other, so I removed the contacts from one collar and added a drop of blue Loctite to the other so as not to lose the contacts because they continued to malfunction.
