Buyer warning! There is no replacement cable.

I've had this light for a long time. My son liked it. Unfortunately my wife dropped it off the table, it fell onto the cord and completely cut it in half. Contact the manufacturer's customer service. They don't have interchangeable power cords. You can't buy them. Told me to look for a third party solution (Just Wow). The plug is branded. If the power cord is damaged, the light cannot be used. I'm not a fan of reviews but this is unacceptable. The $70 flashlight is junk now. Just note that the…

I love the lamp! Suitable for lamps and lampshades

My wife and I love lamps! Gives off a decent amount of light and the color palette is amazing. Unfortunately, a Philips hub is required to take advantage of wireless control and color changing. If you don't have a hub, you can still change colors with a button on the back of the flashlight. I have read numerous reviews stating that the flashlight will not sit on the associated side. That's a lie. Twist the power cord and the flashlight actually uses the plug as a stand. Note that it's a little…

disappointing, this light makes no sense

I want to like the Philips Hue Go smart lamp but it makes no sense. The design is kinda awful, it rolls off its "perch" very easily - the little plastic ledge/protrusion on the rounded side of the light. The control button is comfortable to use and difficult to switch at the bottom of the lamp. The cable is the WORST feature - a clunky, long bundle with a typical BRICK adapter. Are you kidding me. I do not need an additional power supply unit and charger. Also, the charge lasts about 1 hour, a…

This is my favorite Philips Hue device

I have several Philips Hue bulbs and a light strip and the Go has become my favorite purchase at the moment. It's a small white plastic bowl of light. It serves no purpose other than being beautiful to look at, and I really like how I can create daytime treatments that take advantage of the bulb's rich colors and brightness settings. Mostly I set it to soft orange, gold and salmon, but it also has very nice shades of blue and purple. I use it primarily as a decorative lamp and use the Hue Labs…

Bright with lots of color and white

Refurbished Bought from Pie O My for less than $50. It arrived two days before the estimated last delivery date. Very nice bright light with many colors including a lot of white. We use it with our Echoes around the house and the Hue Bridge with no issues. This was the first flashlight that required me to enter a serial number to be recognized. This is our 22nd light tone in the house. They're really good if you beat the upgrade cost. I see no problem finding a universal adapter for this if one

It's OK - Not Great

Cool cool colors, portability is good. Cons: - Cable and how to connect it to the lamp. In fact, it should be some sort of little docking station that the light plugs into and charges. Annoying to disconnect and plug it the way they designed it - lack of stability. The greatly simplified and rather soft shape of the shell is not very stable. There's a very small flat piece holding it in place, but a tiny bump makes it fall and roll. A charging station would also be useful for more stability –…

Versatile and portable

This lamp looks good and works as advertised. If you need/need some sort of accent lighting I'd recommend this as it's very versatile as it doesn't need to be plugged in all the time, although the battery only lasts around 3.5 hours. Also, the cable is interchangeable (in theory. They don't sell them, so good luck. But at least you can use the cable from a second device to charge). that it can only be controlled via the hue bridge when it is switched on (or in standby mode, which only lasts 2…
