Picas is very simple to use. The data entry process for inputting information into each product/inventory item is also extremely easy. Nothing really. I love how quickly my inventory turns over with this system! It's easy to use for both inputting new orders as well as reviewing sales data from previous months or years - even decades back in some cases. I like that it is easy to use for both new users as well those with experience in other programs/softwares (like Quickbooks).
