I thought a tiny computer (Pi) needed a tiny fan. They don't really move much air, but then the Pi doesn't really generate much heat, so it works pretty well. Although quite noisy, not recommended for things that are always on.

These are micro fans with micro fans, some of us like to add a little extra juice to our fans (you know who you are). DO NOT DO THAT! I hooked one up to a good quality voltage converter and it showed 7 volts and 435mah and to my surprise it burned out right away as did my temper so just don't try to keep it at 5 volts.

they move quite a lot of air for their size, unfortunately this comes at a price as these fans spin fast and emit a high-pitched whistling sound. still great for raspberry or orange pi projects that require more than passive cooling, just make sure you can hide it behind an entertainment or arcade system as the hum is pretty strong at full voltage .

They have to send two fans for a reason as one of my fans was not working when it arrived and only twitched briefly when power was applied became. That's 50% bounce right out of the box. I like it. I put two in the helmet of a suit I made and they allow for perfect airflow. The helmet was unbearable without them, but with a puff and a puff I could wear it for hours. The size is so small that I was able to hide their placement in the helmet's details, and they are incredibly quiet. them to a 9 volt battery with a resistor, and at the moment I have 6 hours.
