User-friendly OBD2 for tools and equipment

Simple and easy setup. A buddy of mine was using this on my truck when the check engine light came on and highly recommended it. So I got one and it works like a dream and monitors the performance of my trucks and also checks for any other issues that might arise.

The gadget works: connects to an Android phone via Bluetooth and lights up. The trick is to find an app that does what you want. DO NOT limit yourself to the 2 apps listed in the description. (I didn't like it either):

I followed the included instructions and it worked, but then reconnecting in apps didn't work properly until I just ignored the Bluetooth reconnect screen and it seemed to connect automatically. I
