Ball cover scratches like crazy

Drives were ok but as soon as I used my picks on the ball scratches on the cover were immediately visible. I used 12 of these balls for 18 holes and at the end of each hole I had to switch balls because the ball was almost unplayable due to the damage. I still have a sleeve and hesitate to use it for anything other than putt-putt.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Skip about 10 yards of driving for an incredible feel on the turf

I'm 68 years old, have 4 handicaps from old t-shirts and have been using this ball for over 5 years. It's the longest distance I've ever driven with the same ball and I see no reason to change anything now. Titleist and Pinnacle have really done older golfers a service by bringing this golf ball to market at such an affordable price.

Suitable for all levels

Pinnacle bullets are made by the same company as Titleist (Acushnet). These balls feel very soft and I find them very responsive off the green and ironed. I play with single digit rubbers and actually prefer them to the Pro V1, they create more distance, are more durable and give you the same amount of flash, and most importantly, they are a very good price. Highly recommended.

They look good and fly well!

Bought before playing golf. I was very impressed with my discs. But they are drunk just as easily as cheap ones. I can't remember how I lost the last three until I saw the video. My friend drove the car and I hit like a polo player. I know I was over par in the first 6 1, after that everything was blurry. Too many crown shots and beers. Oh yes these golf balls were a good deal they worked well and I will definitely be replacing them with the same ones!

Pros
  • Comfortable to use

Incredible value for a ball from afar

My locker room attendant left a pack of 15 balls in my locker and I thought it would be a waste even trying them. I have an 8 handicap and am used to playing Callaway Chrome Soft and Pro-V. I started using these balls and haven't played anything else for a year. In fact, my handicap was reduced by 2. I wasn't spinning the ball anyway so I noticed a slight difference in performance on the green. The distance is great. As soon as I get a scratch I take it out of the game because who cares for aโ€ฆ

They are made by the same company as Titleist - suffice it to say

I think they work. However, I'm an average golfer and it's not easy for me to tell the difference between brands and models. They seem to help shrink my piece a bit, but some days I just clip it no matter what I do. They feel softer than some balls I've used on the green and give me a little more control when hitting the ball. Generally they are of good value. I see no point in spending $4 on a ball when research has shown that the ball is not that important to the typical (dumb) golfer. I canโ€ฆ

cost and performance. Great combination

I like to play golf, but I don't have enough time to play all year round to always be at the top. Consequently, many of my good rounds are judged by how many balls I lose or don't lose. I like a soft touch ball that works with my slower swing speed. Pinnacles has always been a pleasure for me. They hold up well, are soft and relatively long (at least for me). Is it as good as the Pro V1? No way. But I can buy a lot of these for less than a dozen Pro V1. And it makes golf so much more fun sinceโ€ฆ

The best return on your money!

I have a 15.3 GHIN handicap and have played with many brands but for some reason these balls seem to be the best to me! Of course I use Mizuno MP5 Muscle Back irons and I can't speak for other golfers who use other irons but these balls feel fantastic! They also have a very good price! I've gone through 18 holes with minor ball wear and I like the overall quality. I highly recommend it if you are new to golf and don't want to spend twice as much on expensive brands like Titleist or TaylorMadeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Pinnacle returns Pinnacle status:

I like this ball. I am a senior single digit golfer. I started with Pinnacle Gold before they suddenly took it off the market because it was so good but also cheap. This pushed the other balls into the line. Since then I've been playing almost exclusively with Callaway Tour balls. This new soft golf ball from Pinnacle "Feel" loves the two most important clubs in my bag - my club and my driver. This ball is "nice" off the surface of the stick - hard - it "doesn't pop out". It rolls quickly fromโ€ฆ
