Great call center software that's easy to use and affordable

The ability to integrate with all my software applications as well as manage incoming calls from our customers via Twilio service are two things that have made me like this platform so much. There's nothing wrong with it at the moment but I do feel they're charging too high for some of these extra add-ons. However it is something you get used to quickly and then you realize how beneficial managing inbound call requests can be especially if your organization deals mostly online or doesn't…

Mobile Friendly Software - Excellent Customer Service

I like the fact that the system is mobile friendly. The software is easy to use and I like how they are constantly improving their features. The customer service is fantastic. There are very few problems with the system. The system is very useful. It's a great tool to use for business. I highly recommend this software. I like the fact that it is easy to train new users.
