The best thing about Plan Lab is that it's easy to navigate using the keyboard. I use Plan Lab every day in my business and have no complaints. I love that Plan Lab allows me to create my own templates. It makes it easy to use because all of the information is in one place. The interface is very intuitive. I love that it's very easy to use and has many different options. The interface is so simple to understand that even a non-techie can figure it out quickly! I wish there were more templates available. It would be great if you could create your own. I also wish you could have more than one option in some of the fields. However, I do not dislike Plan Lab at all. If you are looking for an easy way to create a marketing plan, this is the program for you. I am able to create my entire marketing plan
