Reliable, easy to install, incredible value.

Use a fork wing eyelet mount or really mount it anywhere that makes sense. It's VERY stable. There is a rubber pad on the side of the fork to protect the bike cover. convertible. Simply remove the clip if your mount doesn't match the mount type. Simply mount the light as if it were attached to the handlebars. Ridiculously good value. I would spend 30โ‚ฌ for this device.

Hope you have better luck than me.

Was very disappointed with how weak it was with my light and how weak the bolt was. Nice ride down the road but as soon as I got on the trail the lights went out. Before anyone talks about how I should have tightened it, I'll redirect to the weakness of the bolt. When the incident happened I decided to fix it because there was human error. Anyway, with the help of a hand ratchet, I tore off the bolt. I work out, but it's pretty ridiculous. Thrown at the end. Don't even bother to return theโ€ฆ

not for MTB/suspension fork

I ordered this to fit a light just above the rear wheel on my commuter car with a front suspension fork. Since I'm using a crown mount, the screw that comes with it is too long and I had to buy additional hardware. I think the seller will state this in the description as there are no photos of the mount. The flashlight mount that came with it doesn't work with my flashlight so I had to remove it and use the elastic band to attach it instead. I would not recommend the item and will likely return

Great way to mount the flashlight

I didn't have enough space on the handlebars and this works great to mount the flashlight on the frame. The only issue for me was that the mounting bolt did not have enough thread length to attach to the bike. When the nut was fully tightened I had about 1/8 inch left to press firmly against the frame. That's not a problem for me because I'm familiar with it and had the right screw in the trash can. If I didn't have it I would buy it at the hardware store. The manufacturer could have easilyโ€ฆ

Much stronger than expected.

Plastic but very strong. Several reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars. My bike didn't have enough up-down range to get the beam to the ground. I had to put with a conical washer. Also, the bike I installed it on is very open on the light mount. I expect this will be difficult to install on many bikes and impossible to install behind a caliper road brake like I've done with plain metal cleats. Another issue is that it is unable to correct up and down tilt. It appears normal when new but fails to

Lower mount for better ground illumination

The best thing about this mount is that it places the headlight directly above the front wheel. This allows the headlight beam to illuminate the ground in front of the tire. I'm having trouble attaching the two rubber bands of my 2" headlight to the bracket. I had to change the bracket to attach my headlight. Not a bad mount, but definitely designed for smaller 1" headlights. I have currently found that this is the only headlight that places the headlight this close to the front wheel. I'mโ€ฆ
