Very satisfied. I had prostatitis and didn't want it again so I replaced the stock seat on my Masi road bike with this one. As others have pointed out, this doesn't add to the "cool" factor, but if comfort is your goal, it works! I'm increasing my triathlon training - no problem with 30 mile rides so far. I bought this bike saddle after the most uncomfortable 50 mile bike ride of my life. I mounted it on my Trek road bike, replacing a Trek 147mm Montrose. I've now covered about 300 miles in 12 rides. The saddle is definitely more comfortable for my tailbone than my old saddle. This may be partly due to the wider width of this saddle (157mm) and partly to the padding. I've had this seat for a few years now and I love it. I bought a fairly expensive hybrid bike designed for all kinds of rides from city to 20+ mile leisurely bike rides, but the seat was terrible.
