I googled plastic/waterproof playing cards. UPDATED REVIEW.* I thought it was my fault for not reading the description well. I just re-read they say they are waterproof. These cards are NOT waterproof! Is not my fault. False advertising!

These cards are advertised as being made of washable plastic, but they look and feel cheap! They are not as soft and silky as plastic playing cards should be. All in all you get what you pay for! I also owe that the plastic casing cracked and shattered. another sign of poor quality.

Both red and black decks lose suit very quickly. The ink smears on the cards and on the hands. Too bad because they are very flexible and easy to blend, but who needs ink on their hands after two hands? Too bad I can't return them. Choose another brand.

I want cards that don't get damaged if they get wet. These cards are a joke, some cards have small holes, couldn't believe it. Also, I've been using them for a few weeks and now the black ink on the back of the cards is rubbing off on my hands and all over the front of the cards. Wouldn't recommend these.

Cards are as advertised and should withstand reasonable rough handling. The price was very reasonable. But the hard plastic case was destroyed in transit. It was made of a very brittle hard plastic that, even if it had survived shipping, would likely have broken under normal use. A problem with the sleeve will likely result in cards being lost over time.

We play with different people and everyone likes the ease of mixing. Sometimes you have to be careful not to deal out more than one card at a time as they are so flimsy that they can stick together a bit. Overall they are great and I have ordered a few decks for friends who love them very much.

These are excellent cards. They have a good "feel", shuffle easily, and are actually more resistant to creases/damage than regular cards while still having a good "feel". To reviewers who claim they aren't waterproof. Did you actually check or are you guessing because they look like normal cards? They are waterproof; they are plastic. Spirit.

I just received these cards and immediately noticed that they don't fit my hands properly when I shuffle them. I compared them to the standard deck I have and found that they are 2.25 inches wide, not 2.5 inches as stated in the product description. Also, they appear to be thinner than regular playing cards. I really wanted to like her, but I'm just disappointed.

I bought these decks to play Canasta. They should be plastic coated and durable. I am very dissatisfied with them. Do not buy these unless you are going to use them for children to play with. We didn't get past a single game before the deck's black ink started bleeding onto our hands, turning my hands and other players' fingers black. It also colored the front of the card. They are useless and not worth the money.
